WHY HUNAK JOURNEYS
Hunak means “there, over there” in Arabic.
Some places feel distant long before we reach them — geographically, culturally, or simply because we know very little about them.
Hunak was created for travellers curious and eager to go towards them.
We design multi-day outdoor journeys that use movement and time in the landscape to make that distance smaller.
The objective is not simply to visit somewhere new, but to experience it closely: to move through it, spend time there, observe, listen and get closer to the people and ways of living connected to it.
